We have resolved an issue causing a back button loop on the physician order form. Previously, users who clicked "Cancel" on the discipline selection screen were sent back to the patient selection screen, and clicking "Cancel" there sent them back to the discipline screen, creating a loop. This fix ensures that users can navigate away from the physician order form without getting stuck in a loop.
