We have resolved issues with the Plan of Care (POC) form state when a POC is submitted with validation errors. Now, goals will only be saved once the entire POC has been successfully validated and saved. This ensures that all components of the POC, including long-term and short-term goals, remain editable and consistent if a validation error occurs.
