This release fixes an issue that was causing diagnosis codes to display incorrectly in the patient header of PDF documents like Plan of Cares and visit notes. This has now been corrected - the header will now accurately pull and display the current active diagnosis codes from the patient record. This ensures clinical documentation being shared as PDFs shows the right information.
