We are happy to announce the resolution of an issue that affected the selection of active Plan of Care (POC) documents when two POCs had the same end date on a visit note.
To address this issue, our development team has implemented a solution that intelligently selects the active Plan of Care document based on both the end date and the creation date. When multiple POCs have the same end date on a visit note, the system now prioritizes the most recently created POC as the active document. This ensures that therapists can consistently access and reference the most current and relevant POC when documenting patient progress.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
