We are excited to announce a new update to our visit note functionality that will make it easier for therapists to maintain accurate patient records. Specifically, we have added two new features: preservation of the date when a previous note is pulled forward, and preservation of the date when switching between visit note formats.
With the first feature, when a therapist pulls forward a previous visit note for a patient, the date of the current note will be preserved. This will ensure that therapists save time and don't have to re-type the date on the current note. Previously the date would not be preserved.
The second feature addresses a common issue where the date of a visit note would not be preserved when switching between different formats. With this update, the date of the visit note will be preserved when switching between formats, ensuring that therapists don't have to re-type the date after switching formats.
We believe that these new features will greatly benefit therapists and improve the overall functionality of our visit notes. As always, we are committed to delivering the best possible user experience, and we will continue to make updates and improvements to ensure that our system meets the unique needs of our users.
