We have made several improvements to the support messages feature to improve usability and efficiency:
- Added priority explanations on the new message form.
- For Ambiki admins, a top header now shows open support messages by bucket.
- Improved filtering options.
- Enhanced dropdowns for selecting users.
- Fixed sorting to ensure messages are sorted by date, including closed messages.
- Added additional columns to the Ambiki admin view:
- Last reply
- Created at (time ago in words)
- Organization of the submitting user
