With this update, we have made the title and display of intake documents on the patient portal consistent with the presentation on the patient profile. Previously, there was a disparity between the display of intake documents on the patient profile and the patient portal. While the patient profile showed a titled document, the portal merely indicated 'uploaded pdf' without a specific title.
Users will now experience uniformity in document presentation across both the patient profile and portal. The document title will be displayed on the patient portal as well.
