With this release, we have introduced intake documents within Custom Forms and revamped the Patient Portal to provide a more comprehensive and convenient experience for both patients and therapists:

  1. Intake Documents in Custom Forms: We have added a new feature that allows users to include intake documents within the Custom Form system. 
  2. Revamped Patient Portal: The Patient Portal has undergone significant improvements, including the introduction of a dashboard, documents, and visits sections. This redesigned interface offers a comprehensive view of patient-related information, enabling better organization and easier navigation for both parents/legal guardians and therapists.
  3. Document Signing for Parents/Legal Guardians: Parents/Legal guardians can now digitally sign documents within the Patient Portal. This feature enhances convenience and efficiency by eliminating the need for physical signatures, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Intake Document Assignment: Therapists with the necessary permissions can assign intake documents to patients directly from the system. This functionality simplifies the intake process, allowing therapists to efficiently manage and track required documents for each patient.
