We're excited to introduce improvements to our Plan of Care (POC) feature. We have expanded the Plan of Care by introducing new fields that will apply to newly created POCs. These fields enhance the depth and specificity of Plan of Cares, allowing for more comprehensive and tailored patient care. This update affects only newly created POCs. Any POCs that were created and signed prior to this release will remain unchanged.
