In this release, we have introduced a new feature that allows organizations to add and manage their service locations, including clinics, schools, and daycares. This update provides a comprehensive solution for organizations to improve patient management, reporting, billing, and payroll processes.

  1. Add and Manage Service Locations: Organizations can now add and maintain one or more service locations within their settings. These locations can represent clinics, schools, daycares, or any other facility where services are provided.
  2. Location-Based Patient Profiles: Patient profiles can be associated with one or more locations, enabling accurate tracking of service provision settings. This information can be used to pre-fill billing and scheduling-related information.
  3. Enhanced Organization Dashboards and Reports: Administrators can now filter and view data specific to a chosen location. This feature empowers organizations with location-specific insights.
  4. Improved Patient Management: Administrators can now filter and manage patients based on their associated service locations, streamlining patient management processes and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

  6. Location-Specific Payroll Management: Organizations can now adjust therapist rates or mileage reimbursements based on the service location, ensuring fair compensation.
  7. Facility/District Invoicing: This release introduces the capability to generate invoices specific to each service location, enabling organizations to efficiently manage billing and payments for services provided at various facilities or districts.
