Ambiki Release Note: Minor Fixes For the Returning User Dashboard

This release includes fixes for two issues on the returning user dashboard:
- Recurring events displaying as current after completion - Previously, some recurring events would incorrectly continue to show as current on the dashboard after their end date had passed. These events now properly show as completed after their final occurrence.
- "Events missing documentation" showing with completed documentation - In some cases, the "Events missing documentation" section would erroneously display events where documentation was complete. These events no longer appear in that section if documentation is finished.
The returning user dashboard should now provide a more accurate overview of upcoming and completed events, ensuring users have the right information and context.
