We have resolved an issue affecting the reloading of multi-payer claims. Previously, a multi-payer claim would attempt to be submitted without an attached claim file, resulting in an error state of "Cannot submit claim, file missing" and causing confusion for users. Additionally, reloading the claim did not generate the secondary claim file on the first attempt. With this fix, we've ensured that the system will now automatically generate the secondary claim file and that multi-payer secondary claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
