We’re excited to introduce the Billing To-Dos feature—a powerful new way for your team to stay organized and efficient with billing tasks that require special attention. Now, you can create, assign, and track billing-related to-dos all in one place, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Feature Highlights:
Centralized Task List: Add patient invoices, claim files, treatment reports, authorizations, and other billing tasks to a dedicated Billing To-Dos list.
Clear Accountability: Assign to-dos to specific team members, making sure everyone knows their responsibilities.
Collaboration Tools: Add comments to each to-do for additional context or guidance, so team members have all the information they need to take action.
Real-Time Updates: Receive notifications when a to-do is assigned to you. With this streamlined approach, your team can resolve billing issues faster, stay organized, and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
