We have introduced a new feature that allows users to "reload" a treatment report. This feature is useful in cases where no billing claim has been sent to the clearinghouse for the treatment report, but the patient's payment methods have changed since the report was created. This feature ensures that treatment reports reflect the most current payment method information before claims are sent to the clearinghouse.
