In this release, we're thrilled to introduce an update designed to streamline your support message management. We've added support for message status and sorting. Users can now quickly discern whether a support ticket is open or closed. Closed tickets are visually distinguished for easy identification. Open support tickets are now sorted to the top of the support messages list by default, providing immediate visibility of ongoing issues. Users also have the flexibility to filter messages by status, allowing them to view open tickets exclusively or choose to include closed tickets if needed.
