🚀 New Feature: Insurance Authorization Expiring Alerts

👥 Audience: All
🛠️ Steps to Access: No steps needed
📢 What's new?: Expiring alerts are now available for insurance authorizations created after #{deploy_date}. Newly added approved or pending authorizations will create an alert to track its expiration via end date or remaining visits. Defaults are set to alert when an authorization has less than 10 visits left and/or the end date is less than 60 days in the future. However, these defaults can be updated per‑organization by going to edit organization > Alert settings. Please note, updating these ranges will also update the settings for the 'Authorizations needing attention' module.

🚀 New Feature: Customizable Expiration Ranges for Documents

👥 Audience: Admins
📢 What's new?: Would you like your team to be notified more than 14 days in advance for evaluation and/or plan of care document expiration? Now you can set those expiration ranges for your organization!
🛠️ Steps to Access: Go to edit organization. Click the new tab called 'Alert settings'. Here you can update the expiration range for plans of care, evaluation and patient authorizations. Expiration ranges include: 60 days, 30 days, 14 days (default), 7 days. Please note that you do not have to update this setting if you do not need a change. Alerts will continue to default to 14 days.

🚀 New Feature: Superbill Free‑Text Field

👥 Audience: Admins
🛠️ Steps to Access: The free text field is available just above the “Save superbill” button.
📢 What's new?: To aid in reimbursement for superbills, a free text field has been added. Text added here will appear at the top of the superbill just under the Patient and Practice.

🚀 New Feature: Communication Log Excel Export

👥 Audience: All
🛠️ Steps to Access: Patient profile › Communication tab – click “View all”
📢 What's new?: On the communication tab of the patient profile, counts are now shown for both Manually logged and Automatically logged items. Additionally, you can now click “View all” to see that patient's full communication log, which can be exported to Excel.
