This release introduces updates to the organization billing dashboard and patient profile authorizations.

Organization Billing Dashboard

The organization billing dashboard now includes a dedicated section for managing authorizations. This section provides a comprehensive view of all authorizations within the organization, including:

  • Authorization details 
  • Expiration dates
  • Used and remaining visits

This view empowers organizations to effectively manage authorizations.


Patient Profile Authorizations


The patient profile "Payments" tab now displays additional authorization information, including:

  • "Expires in (days)" indicating the remaining days until the authorization expires
  • "Used visits" tracking the number of visits utilized under the authorization
  • "Remaining visits" indicating the number of visits still available under the authorization

This additional information provides patients and providers with a clear understanding of the authorization status, fostering informed decision-making and improved care coordination.
