Ambiki Release Note: Updates to Patient Authorizations

We have made several updates to improve the management and visibility of patient authorizations:
- Patient Authorizations Record Center: Added a new record center for patient authorizations with an option to export data to Excel.
- Removed "Hide Expired" Option: Based on customer feedback, we've removed the "Hide Expired" option from the organization dashboard to ensure all authorizations are visible, regardless of their expiration status.
- New "Status Note" Field: To provide more clarity around authorization statuses, we've added a dedicated "Status Note" field. This allows users to indicate the current status (e.g., "Pending") instead of repurposing the "Number" field.
- Row Highlighting for Valid Authorizations: Added green highlighting for valid authorizations on the patient profile payments tab for easier identification.
