How to create a Patient Profile on Ambiki 

To create a patient profile, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. In the top right-hand corner, click on the ‘Create Patient’ button. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Input your patient details. 

   

 

 

 



4. Once finished inputting the patient details, click on the ‘Save patient’ button that’s on the bottom right-hand corner. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. You can also import patients in bulk by clicking on button labeled ‘Import patients’. You can then upload a csv file with patient data.
