How to create a Plan of Care? 

To create a Plan of care, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard: 
  1. On the left navigation, click on ‘Patients’.

2. Select the patient that you would like to create the plan of care for by clicking on their name. 
 
Clicking on the patient's name to view their patient profile.




 
 






  3. Towards the left side of the page, click on ‘Plan of Care (POC)’.

4. On the top right-hand corner, click on ‘Add a Plan of Care (POC)’.

5. Fill in all the details of the Plan of Care as needed.

6. On the bottom right-hand corner click on ‘Save Plan of care’.
