  1. How do the improved visibility controls work? 
 
Answer: The "Hidden if empty" message will now appear only when creating or modifying custom forms.

2. Can I hide required fields? 
 
Answer: No, if a field in a form is marked as "required," it cannot be set to "hide if empty" to ensure important data is captured.

3. What layout changes were made to the "Goals" and "Plan of care" components? 
 
Answer: Minor layout adjustments were made to these components to ensure that they display messages correctly. 

 
4. How do instructional blocks work now? 
 
Answer: Instructional blocks will be displayed while filling out forms but will disappear once the form is completed.

5. How do toggles, dropdowns and radio buttons behave after form completion? 
 
Answer: These elements will disappear after filling out the form if the default option remains selected. (This option must be selected on creation of the element)
