How do I find the notes I've written during my session? Where do they save to?
The notes you've taken from your session will be accessible from your schedule​

From here you can access call times, notes, and event details from the session.​

​You can copy and paste whatever notes you’ve taken into your EMR for documentation and billing.  

 


 

Can I write notes while I am holding a teletherapy session?
Yes! You will notice that there is a section for notes in the therapist's side bar.

How do I use the notes section? How do I save my notes? 
To take notes during session, simply type your data or documentation into the notes section. When you hit 'Enter', the notes will save outside of the session for you to retrieve after. 

How do I stop the notes from saving on enter? What if I need to add more to my note before I submit it?
If you need to add more to your notes or use the 'enter' key, uncheck the box in the notes section that says 'Save on enter'. This will prevent notes from being immediately saved when you hit 'enter' on your keyboard. Notes will not be saved until you submit them with the 'enter' key.

Can I save multiple notes during the session?
Yes! You can continuously take data and save notes by typing in the notes section and hitting enter. Each time you hit enter your note will disappear, but everything you have saved will be found in one place after the session.
