How Do I Schedule An Event For a Teletherapy Session? image
There are two ways to locate the 'create a new Teletherapy event'.

1. Find the 'Create new' button at the top right hand corner of your dashboard. This button looks like a plus sign.
Then, click 'Treatment' to create a new event.

2. Click the 'Schedule Treatment' button on the left side of your dashboard.
 
Next, add the date of the session, the time the session begins, the time zone you're in, how long the session will be, and add your patients. If you had a supervisor observing your session, you could add them here as well. Click save.
After you have created the event, you will click on the 'Schedule' at the top right hand corner of your dashboard. This button looks like a calendar.
You should see the event that you have created. Click on 'teletherapy' on the right hand side next to your event. You will then be able to see if your patient is online, send the link to the teletherapy room, or open the teletherapy room.
