How do I create a support or feedback message 

 
To create a support or feedback message, ensure you are logged in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard: 
  1. In the left navigation, click on ‘Messages’.

2. On the top right-hand corner, click on the button labeled ‘Add new message’.

3. Draft your message and ensure you’ve configured your message using the ‘Message type’ option (with this option you can choose whether your message will be a support or feedback one). You can also configure the other options depending on your preferences.

4. Click on the button labeled ‘Send’ on the bottom right-hand side to finish creating your support ticket.
