How do I edit or delete a School plan?

• Click 'Patients' on the left side navigation bar
  
  

• Select a patient to access their profile.
  
  
  

• Click on 'School plans' and select the school plan you would like to edit or delete.

• Click on Actions in the top right and select 'Edit' or 'Delete'.

**All patients in the images are fake patients**
