Ambiki's Safe Oasis™ De-Identified Group Therapy provides patients & therapists with enhanced privacy - patients by default will only see the therapist, and not each other. The therapist will be able to continuously see all participants. Patients will be able to hear each other and interact together during therapy activities with drawing and stamping tools, however patients in the group session are De-Identified by replacing their video stream with an animal avatar. If a patient wishes to be seen by others, the patient or their guardian, will have to 'enable group video.'
Therapists must first visit their Personal Practice or Organization settings to turn on group video prior to receiving parental/guardian consent.
If the therapist does not have permissions to edit their organization's settings, they will need to contact someone who does.

- Click on 'Therapy Menu'
- Click 'Edit Practice Details' if you are part of a personal practice
- Click 'Edit Practice Profile' if you are part of an organization with the permissions to do so
- Find 'Teletherapy' and 'Settings' at the bottom
- Select the check box to enable group teletherapy
After therapists have enabled group video abilities, parents must also give permission for their child to be seen by others. Group video can be enabled by:
- Selecting the gear icon underneath the patient's video (next to the microphone and video controls)
- Select the 'Groups' tab
- Check the box that says 'enable group video'
- Type in the parent/guardian's name
- Click save
To use Safe Oasis™ simply schedule a session with more than one patient. When patients enter the room, they will enter the room and have their video stream only visible to the therapist; other patients will see the avatar unless group video settings have been enabled.
