How do I manage my patient’s screen during a Teletherapy session?
During a teletherapy session, the Manage Screen button gives therapists the ability to manage certain permissions for participants during the session, including visibility to other patients, ability to view resources, ability to view the sidebar, ability to write on the whiteboard, and ability to see the screen's contents.
In the top right corner of a patient’s video there is a drop-down menu to manage the screen. The options include three main items. The first main item is for “Secondary media” where a therapist can hide or show the secondary media to the participant. This includes features like the whiteboard, PDF resources, and screen sharing. The other option under this category is to lock or unlock the whiteboard. The second main item in the Manage Screen list is for the sidebar. A therapist can hide or show the sidebar to participants. Items in the sidebar include the chat and timer for the session. The last main option is for the screen which the therapist can show or clear for the patient. A therapist can do this so that the patient cannot see the therapist's video window allowing for more space on the screen for an activity.
