How Do I Use Observer Mode In Teletherapy? image
Observer mode allows for an authorized third party to observe and interact during a teletherapy session. Observer mode can be used for clinical supervision (when applicable), or for a parent who may be interested in joining the session from a different computer.

How does it work?

An observer receives a link to the teletherapy session and will be able to enter the teletherapy room unannounced and invisible to the patient. The therapist will know there is an observer watching indicated by the observer tab in the teletherapy room. The observer will be an be in invisible mode on entering the session and will have limited interaction abilities with the therapist and the patient(s).
