The chat function can be used for both individual and group teletherapy. In a group teletherapy session, the chat will be visible to all participants. Patients cannot chat with each other, but the therapist can choose to chat with the group or a specific individual through a private chat message. The chat can be located by selecting the large green button at the bottom of the therapist's side bar. Therapists can also correct patient's chats and block patients from the chat.
The chat will be pulled up onto the therapist's screen, and then therapists can choose who they want to chat with (everyone, or individual patients).

Block Feature:
Therapists are able to block patient's from writing in the chat if the therapist feels it is necessary. Select the arrow next to the patient's name to pull up the correct/block options. Select 'Block' to block a patient from sending any further messages. The patient will then receive a message that says "You are blocked from the public chat". This action can be undone by simply click 'Unblock'. Patient's can only be blocked from the chat after they have sent a message. Messages cannot be deleted.
Correction Feature:
Therapists are able to correct a patient's chat for grammar, capitalization, spelling, and punctuation errors. After receiving a message from a patient in the chat, select the arrow next to the patient's name and click 'correct'. A text box will then appear with a copy of the patient's previous message. The therapist can then make their corrections to the message, and then click on the green check box. The patient will then be able to see the changes that have been made in the chat.
