How to Identify and Add Missing Service Rates?

As an organization admin, you are able to see if there are any services being accidentally billed at your practice that you don't have a service rate or pay rate set for. This helps you more quickly identify potential billing or payroll issues. 

  • Go to the Organization Dashboards from the organization admin area 
  • Click on Payroll
  • The payroll dashboard will show you which services therapists are billing for that service or pay rates have not been set up for. This could be due to admin error or therapist error, but will give you an easy way to resolve the issue.
