Understanding the Event Status Icons on the Schedule Calendar

The Schedule calendar has been updated with new visual indicators to help you quickly understand the status of scheduled events. When you open the Schedule calendar and click on the "eye" icon for a specific date, you'll notice three icons displayed on the right side of the calendar. These icons represent the billing, signature, and visit/evaluation note statuses for scheduled therapy appointments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.

The new icons on your Schedule Calendar are designed to provide a quick visual representation of the status of billing, signatures, and notes for visits, evaluations, and re-evaluations. Here's how to interpret these icons:

Red Icon: Indicates that the task (billing, signature, or note) is due and has not yet been completed. Red icons serve as a prompt that action is needed on your part.

Gray Icon: Shows that the task has been completed. Once you finish a billing entry, obtain a signature, or complete a note, the corresponding icon will turn gray, signaling that no further action is required for that element.

To use these icons, ensure you are logged in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard:

  1. Open your Schedule calendar by clicking on ‘Schedule’ in the left navigation.

'Link to 'Schedule'.

2. Navigate to the weekly or daily view
