Upload Patients In Bulk

How do I upload patients in bulk?
To create a patient profile, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard:
- On the left navigation, click on ‘Patients’.
2. In the top right-hand corner, select ‘Import patients’.
3. You will be redirected to the following page (see the screenshot below) which contains steps on how to upload patients in bulk. For now, click on ‘Download the template’.
4. Add your organization's patient data to the template (patient name, DOB, etc.). See the screenshot below as an example.
5. Save the file as a CSV file.
- For Windows:
- Click on ‘File’ in the top left corner of the screen.
- Click on ‘Save As’ in the drop-down menu.
- In the ‘Save As’ dialog box, choose the location where you want to save your file.
- In the ‘Save as type’ dropdown, choose ‘CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)’.
- Give your file a name and click on ‘Save’.
- Click on ‘File’ in the top left corner of the screen.
- For Mac:
- Click on ‘File’ in the top left corner of the screen.
- Click on ‘Save As’ in the drop-down menu.
- In the ‘Save As’ dialog box, choose the location where you want to save your file.
- In the ‘Format’ dropdown, choose ‘CSV (Comma Separated Values) (*.csv)’.
- Give your file a name and click on ‘Save’.
- Click on ‘File’ in the top left corner of the screen.
6. Upload the completed CSV file onto Ambiki by clicking on ‘Browse’ and selecting your CSV file. Once the upload is finished click on ‘Submit’ to save your patients.
