  • Pacing provides a visual way to track your progress and plan for the remaining visits needed to meet visit mandates. The pacing indicator conveys your progress visually, using symbols like 🐇 (Ahead of pace), 😁 (On pace), and 🐢 (Behind pace).

  • Here is a breakdown of what the pacing numbers mean: A patient's pace is the difference between the actual visits that patient has completed and the expected number of visits that patient should have completed at that point in time (a negative number meaning behind pace; a positive number meaning ahead of pace). For example, if a patient has 10 visits per month and we are halfway through the month, we would expect that patient to have completed 5 visits. If they have completed 4 they are 1 visit behind pace (-1.0 pace), if they have completed 6 visits they are 1 visit ahead of pace (1.0 pace).
