The TEIS service coordinator is one of our contact points at TEIS. The service coordinator works at TEIS to scheduling appointments with parents to complete assessment on children, completing IFSP's with families as needed, monthly contact visits, following up with agencies for services in speech, physcial therapy, ABA therapy, scheduling and attending transition meetings for children turning three (to Head Start or school programs), completing visits on computer, and paperwork.
