Can be modified to use as reinforcer, language, or articulation activity.

Strategies and techniques
Reinforcer: Use as a token reinforcer for correct responses/token reward.
Articulation: Write target sounds/syllables/words in blank gumballs.
Language: One/some/more/most/all, quantities (1-X), colors, alter sizes to target small/smaller/smallest/etc., following commands (i.e. get one blue gumball and three yellow gumballs and glue them to the page), modifiers (give me the spotted gumball, get the striped gumball), write present tense verbs on gumball and ask client to write the verb in past tense (regular or irregular), write multiple meaning words on gumball and ask client to provide a sentence using each word meaning, write words on gumballs and ask client to provide antonym/synonym/definition.
