How Do I Bill Insurance For a Session?

If insurance is billed through Ambiki:

  • Create a treatment report by signing your documentation and completing the billing details under Actions->Billing 

  • Once the report is created, while you have the treatment report open, click 'Actions' in the top right hand corner and click 'Invoice Treatment'. Note that if you have an insurance automation set, this step may be completed for you automatically by Ambiki.

  • Then click 'Invoice Actions' -> 'Create Electronic Claim'

  • Then click 'Invoice Actions' again and then click 'Submit Claim File'

  • If you refresh the page, the top of the claim should now say 'Submitted'.

  • You'll be able to track where they are in the process from 'Treatment Reports'
