To add authorization information to Ambiki, first go to the Patient's profile the authorization is for, then edit the patient.

 

Click on insurance authorizations and add authorization

Then add the authorization information. 
Start date: When does this authorization cover? 
End date: When does this authorization expire? 


Note, if you do not see the payer the authorization is for in the 'Payer' dropdown, please ensure this insurance company is an active payment method for this patient. 

Authorizations can then be tracked from the organization billing dashboard as well as the logged in homepage dashboard.
