How Do I Add Insurance Authorizations to Ambiki?

To add authorization information to Ambiki, first go to the Patient's profile the authorization is for, then go to the Payments tab at the top.
Once you are on the Payments page, go to "Insurance authorizations" and click 'Edit'.
Click 'Add Authorization'. Then add the authorization information.
Start date: When does this authorization cover?
End date: When does this authorization expire?
Note, if you do not see the payor the authorization is for in the 'Payor' dropdown, you first will need to add them as a payor your practice works with. You will also need to ensure this insurance company is an active payment method for this patient.

Authorizations can then be tracked from the organization billing dashboard as well as the logged in homepage dashboard.
