How to correct missing referring provider information 


 

To correct missing referring provider information, ensure you are logged in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard:  

  1. In the left navigation, click on ‘Patients’. 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Select the patient that you would like to correct missing referring provider information for by clicking on their name.

3. In the top right-hand corner, click on the ‘Actions’ button and select ‘Edit’.

4. Click on ‘Referring providers’. 
 


5. Please add your referring provider information and ensure that the start date is set to a date before the first treatment report. Click on ‘Save Patient’ to save your changes.
