Valentine’s Day themed activity to target different goals. Pronoun sentence strips with other items.
Strategies and techniques
Ideas for activity:
-- Work on imitation of grammatically correct sentences with sentence strips, fade out with repetition by using just the boy/girl or other pictures.
-- Identification and production of he/she. Have them select whether to give the item to the boy or the girl and produce the correct pronoun.
-- Work on concept of “in” and ”out” in the valentine, out of the valentine, etc.
--Articulation sounds with the items in phrases/sentences.
--Send home coloring pages at the end for homework.
